My regular vet could not get me in and told me to go to emergency. The emergency hospital was closed so I tried calling my vet back and they still wouldn't help me. I called Ladysmith and at first they said they didn't have any appointments but asked what was going on. They put me on hold to check with the doctor and then told me to bring my pet in right away. I did have to drop it off, which I was a little worried about but Ashley kept me informed the entire day of what was being done and how she was doing. I called a lot and even apologized for bugging them, but they assured me it was not a bother at all. They were patient with my questions and my baby came home feeling so much better!!! They called again the next day to check in to see how my baby was doing when I'm not even their regular client. My old vet never did that!! I am switching all my pets to Ladysmith. The vet was kind and actually cared about my baby and both staff members I dealt with were amazing, informative and just over all helpful

We brought my cat in and they were so nice. We found out he had aggressive cancer and ended up putting him down. The staff was extremely understanding. We even got a card from them expressing their condolences. This wasn't our usual vet, but it will become our normal vet. Highly recommend

My fiancé brought our dog here when she was constantly throwing up for days on end. At first we thought it would pass over, but after 4 days it was still going on. Fortunately this clinic was able to determine the issue and get her on medications - which was great. My only minor gripe is that it doesn't appear they keep up with cleanliness in the facility very often.

We started our vacation trip to OBX from DC when our golden doodle became sick in the car. We stopped at a place before here who could not help us. Once we got to lady smith they took us right in and also were able to provide us with some shampoo for our trip as she had been sweating and vomiting.

My dog loved the little girl that took her in for her rabies shot.
