Incredibly frustrating. The bagels are the best around but the staff are consistently incompetent. Better training and basic standards for customer service would take it to the next level. We ended up with exactly what we requested not to have happen, a cinnamon bagel covered in garlic.
The food here is awesome. The bagels are made fresh daily and are the beat in the area. One issue that needs to be addressed is when you are on the phone for take out orders there is an ear piercing noise when there is another incoming call.
I ordered a bunch of bagels to try later! They smell and look amazing. I also ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagle for the ride home and it was SO GOOD!!!
Just had a Pizza Bagel sandwich (hubs) and a Reuben (with pastrami and pumpernickel bagel) sandwich and it was FANTASTIC. Hubs enjoyed the pizza bagel, and he's a bit picky, and the Reuben was the best Reuben I've ever had. The bagel was the perfect blend of chewy and soft and the flavor wonderful. Great balance of ingredients. Definitely a treat!
Best bagels anywhere in the Roanoke, VA area. Most convenient for me. Great bagel sandwiches too. Good staff. Nice atmosphere.
