Placed my order off the 2 for $5.nInstead of a QP, I got a QP box with a Big Mac instead. Gave you guys a 3 because of it. Passing through for work and this slowed me down. Overall service was great. Friendly and polite crew. Food was fresh as requested.
My order was wrong and the drink size wasn't even right. When I told the cashier, she said it's too late because she had other customers to deal with. I told her I would make her job easier and never be a customer again. A McChicken looks nothing like two cheeseburgers.
I tend to have good service here. Every now and then the drive thru will move slow. My orders are consistently correct. It doesn't happen often but I will occasionally get cold fries or food that has been under the heat lamps a little too long. Still, I always feel confident choosing this McDonald's when needing a quick bite to eat.
This McDonald's is clean, efficient, and the people are so nice!! My bacon was forgotten, and they were so nice & appoloigized which I understand, things happen. I worked for McDonald's yearssss ago, and these workers still hold the value of polite, and eager to please!! The food was good, hot and my belly is happy!! Thank you for the hot cherry pie!! Thank you again!!!
Always fast and orders are accurate. Friendly employees. This McDonald's is always busy and it is the best in Roanoke Valley!
