Being on the heavier side of the scale, I’ve always had this nervousness about being in a gym, but from the moment I joined I have felt so comfortable. The owner Eddie, his staff and trainers have given excellent support and accountability. I deal with Beth and Jay more frequent than others and they always make you feel very welcome and excited about your goals. I gladly drive past plenty of other gyms in the area just to be here where I am not just a number, they really care. The gym is clean, never too crowded and the atmosphere is friendly. :) Come see for yourself!

I’ve said several times that I no longer live in VA and have moved to TX. Yet; they still are charging my account for personal training. I’ve left voicemails and have sent emails with proof of change of address and I’m still getting charged. The trainer I had , apparently was let go or quit, not really sure. They tried setting me up with a different trainer who I don’t know and I’m really not comfortable with. They said they had stopped all payments, but yet I’m still seeing several charges with them even after moving. The worst. I signed up with them because they were closest to me, and now I’m just regretting ever signing up with them. This place was extremely small, and at times when it’s crowded there were always several people not wearing their masks. They front door sign says “masks are required” but sooooo many people were without one and times wayyyy too close to one another. Never felt safe there, I’d only go to meet with my trainer, but now that she’s not there, I just stopped going all together. Again, I HAVE MOVED TO A DIFFERENT STATE and I’m STILL getting charged for personal training. ud83dude24

Actually terrible, I looked up 24/7 gyms and this placed showed up so I called them to make sure they were open, a bot answered and said the gym was 24/7 so I drove twenty minutes just to be greeted by a door you can only access if you're a member, absolute trash business model

I guess they don't have anyone to clean the gym anymore. Not a bad gym. Friendly people. Decent equipment. It's not very packed except around 5-6pm.
