I love this YMCA. Rosner YMCA is truly all about our community and building the community. I highly recommend! Love the staff and the programs that the YMCA offers.

We love the Ron Rosner Y! Preschool, group fitness, the relationships we’ve built, you name it! Excited for the expansion.

This Y is AWESOME! I was greeted with a smile everytime I came to work out and it changed my attitude. My kids love the daycare, gymnastics program, and pool. Their financial assistance makes it possible for all to be a member even when times are tough and most family events are free or a couple bucks. My grandma raved to me about the great time she had at the Silver Prom event this past weekend and it brought back our fond memories of being members. We don't have memberships now so we drop in for a small daily fee, but we plan to come back soon.

It is a great gym, but the pool is fantastic! There are tons of fitness classes, a weight room, and fitness studios. There's even a big gymnasium for large family friendly events or a pick up basketball game.nnBut I go for the pool! There's plenty of room for lap swim, but I adore the water aerobics & Aqua Zumba classes. The teachers here are the Best I've seen. The lifeguards are very professional but friendly. And the staff are generally friendly & helpful.

When we joined with a free join promotion, our account was errantly charged the $90ish monthly fee. We met with Suzy to set up our income based membership and agreed to apply that charge to the next three months (no reimbursements). After that time we were to come in with new tax documents to establish a new rate. We were told our account would be on hold starting in March until such meeting took place. Our family moved and I submitted a request to cancel the account. We got charged again anyway - Kayte citing their cancellation policy of a minimum thirty days before the next payment, and paperwork that doesn't match my recollection of agreement with the financial aid office. So to sum this up, if money is truly right for you, like it has been for us, I wouldn't trust this YMCA to be responsible with the way they withdraw money from your bank account. In my experience, it's impossible to get a refund no matter how legitimate the request. And finally, the woman at the front desk always treated me like a second class citizen. I've seen her be nice to many people, but she always had a chip on her shoulder for me.
