Clean, no wait time and the owner is extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. The machines are perfect and I wouldn’t trade this gym for the world... This gym rocks! The staff is kind and the gym delivers exactly what a gym should! No frills, great community, and a great price.
Great gym! Always has golf on the tv and is a great place to workout, relax, and hit the sauna. Can’t beat it in Fredericksburg!
I was in town and wanted to try this gym out before potentially moving to the area. I contacted the owner Wayne via the website and he was very responsive and personable. Absolutely zero pressure or salesman tactics to join the gym like you’d find in your standard gym. It’s truly a small town gym with a great atmosphere. Wayne offered me a trial membership for my 5-day stay. The gym has everything you could possibly need for a workout and was never too crowded even at peak hours. If I could give Wayne and his gym 6 stars I would. Facilities were great and owner is even better.nnIf you’re staying at the Marriott Courtyard 4 blocks down, their gym is just about useless for anyone moderately serious about exercise. This gym is only 4 blocks away!
No one at the front desk to greet me or give me a tour. I was checking it out but was turned off; no follow up calls after the one visit. This visit was pre-planned. Gym was cleaned and the location is convenient.
