I’ve been attending a CrossFit 12 Gauge Class for a little over six months. I’ve done CrossFit, High-Intensity Interval Training, traditional weight lifting, long-distance running and daily military fitness and nothing in my 30+ years of activity has given me the results that I’ve earned at CrossFit 12 Gauge. I’ve built muscles, cut inches away from my waistline, and gained back my endurance in such a short time.nnThe facility is new.nnThe equipment and weights are well-maintained.nnThe coaches are incredibly professional, but also down-to-earth.nnI highly recommend CrossFit 12 Gauge!

CrossFit 12 Gauge was there for me when I needed to make a gym change. Matt made it super easy to make the switch and made sure I felt comfortable with everything about the gym.nnThe new facility is beautiful & they have a 24 hour option for membership as well. I’m happy to call 12 Gauge my Gym.

I have been associated with CF 12 Gauge for several years on a professional and personal basis. I love how involved in the community they have been supporting local law enforcement and many other non profits! Great group of athletes and staff and highly recommend!

My daughter was the first in our family to become a member in the Kids Classes. She has since graduated to the adult classes and I have joined her. 12 Gauge is a community. Coaches are clear in proper execution of every movement. Members support and encourage each other. It's a great place to grow. The staff will help set goals and everyone will be behind you to reach those goals.
