Money grabbing company. I signed up for a 24 hour gym. Ever since covid happened they stopped operating 24 hours a day. They broke the contract terms and yet I'm still paying the same monthly rates. I work the evening shift, by the time I'm done working the gym is closed. They will not allow me to cancel my membership, my money is going into their greedy pockets. They want me to get a doctor's note saying I'm incapable of working out or move 25 miles away and pay a $100 cancelation fee due to the move. I'm not going to lie to break contract. They lied about the terms I signed up for and will not honor my membership contract.This is a great gym to sign up for if you like being taken advantage of. Stay away if you want to be treat fair.

Horrible underhanded company! Covid happened, so I could not go to the location to cancel my membership. My 3 year contract had expired, and I had stated at the time that I did not want to go to a month to month (I never do that, I would prefer to renew a contract)... but they did that to me anyway. The website did NOT have a way of cancelling the membership, so I emailed them several times via their online form and they never got back to me. This SHOULD have been cancelled a while ago, they chose to ignore my communications, and they started charging me again and are refusing to refund the money. I am so angry right now... there is no way a company should take advantage of people in today's economical crisis. I honestly thought this company would be better than that.

I’ve been going to this gym for over 10 years. The trainers are friendly, the smoothies in the café are delicious and most importantly the gym is always clean. If you are looking to join a gym this is the place for you!

Very clean. Employees wearing masks. Equipment is as distanced as it can be realistically. Cloths provided upon entry to clean equipment after use. Employees walking around wiping down equipment frequently.nAs usual, staff is friendly and the maintenance is on point, as it's been since it opened. The only local gym I'll give my money to.
