An absolute racket. Cecil Lynn is one of the most unprofessional gym owners here in VA. I was promised a free personal training session with my enrollment come to find out the trainers were booked out for months and advance and after repeatedly asking Cecil he eventually told me that wasn’t apart of the deal at all. I canceled my membership then and there come to find out I’ve been charged for an additional 3 months after that!! Instead of trying to directly settle the matter with me I was directed to corporate multiple times with no avail. This man is an outright thief and will attempt to steal from you especially if you’re unfamiliar with gyms entirely. Stay away
