I used these gyms across the us, the front desk ladies were incredibly nice, inviting, pleasant to be around as they walked the building and constantly cleaned everything. They can't control the outside of the building but they definitely can the inside and they do a phenomenal job. These ladies working here are incredible when I went tanning, did massage, and worked out. Awesome place to work out, and the staff are absolutely gorgeous.

I love this gym. Unfortunately recently it has gotten very crowded with people not wearing masks. It's harder to relax and enjoy myself there. But I just have to be extra careful.

The staff is consistently rotating, they never seem to keep the same people on staff. Bad management? Idk. The gym is hardly cleaned, I’ve been there several times at different times of the day. No one seems to clean. Soap in the restrooms always seems to be out. Bathrooms need to be cleaned. antibacterial dispenser by the free weights is not operational. The members are not asked to clean their machines after use. Many and I mean many -workout and leave their machines with out any kind of cleaning. ud83eudd2e.nWith the New Years resolutions people coming the gym is jam packed. With little to no instructions on keeping things clean.nEven if we weren’t in a world wide pandemic. Cleaning is essential!

I haven't been to this gym since February 2020 due to coronavirus. I called them to cancel my membership as it is now December and I haven't been to the gym in 10 months. I live in Stafford now and they want me to go all the way back to Fredericksburg, walk into the gym to cancel my membership. I will do what they want but, lost a ton of respect for this facility and organization. I know it's only $10 a month but, I haven't been in the facility.
