Good southern comfort food. I've only had the chicken fried steak, but I'm sure everything to come out of that kitchen is just as good. You can tell it's a family place and that the staff eat the food they serve.nThey have tourist souvenirs too.
Great stop, they a good cheeseburger. The novelty store is so cool. Throwback candy is on site way cool. But the Bathrooms Need Serious Updating.
Very accommodating. My husband loved the triple decker club. He crushed the entire meal. They made me a nice fish sandwhich, AND IT WASN'T EVEN PART OF THEIR MENU! Our waitress was great!
Haven't been here since I was a child....not for food at least. Absolutely wonderful! Great old timey gift shop, coffee, gas and a restaurant side garnered with many many awards for food and desserts. Our entrees looked like they popped right off the menu and the young lady serving us was so excited we ordered desert just so she could make them.
I have been coming to this place since I was a little child. Always LOVED IT! Now I get to come with my Grandson! Amazing!!!
