Amazing. No other words will cut it quite so close. With honesty and integrity and the care a GOOD aquatic enthusiast needs, the staff is wonderful. Fish aren't as simple as tossing in pretty things to a tank and these guys know it. They are very professional but easy to talk to, too. I've gotten several supplies and several fish with nothing but positive experiences in both. I cannot wait to get more aquariums so I can work with the staff to figure out how to make it both beautiful and happily habitable for my fish. 100/10.

Decided to stop here on our way back to North Carolina from snowshoe and it was well worth it the man working there is such a nice guy and really takes pride in the things he has. His prices were incredible. Definitely recommend

Absolutely awesome place the manager is extremely helpful and knowledgeable the prices are great as well. Absolutely no complaints and they have both fresh and saltwater aquatic setups as well. So very very nice.

I found this place by chance. I was screwed over by a different place who promised me a tortoise and then sold it. Alien Aquatics was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me find a turtle in time for Christmas! I highly recommend them for any kind of fish you’re looking for or if you need help finding a reptile they are more than willing to help! So highly recommend!!! Prices are more than fair and the customer service is outstanding!!

Amazing fish better service!! I have had nothing but good experience in this store, unlike the many fish I’ve bought from other chain stores that die soon after purchase, none of the fish I’ve purchased from alien aquatics have passed. They are all healthy and beautiful! the owners clearly know what they are doing, quarantining they’re fish long before putting them out to be sold.
