Dr. OBrien, and Julie Eaton are incredible providers, and we have stayed with this practice over 10 years because of them. HOWEVER, we are truly about to leave the practice because the front staff is always so unbelievably rude, every single time. These people are the face of a business, and they always seem to be untrained at best. I’m not signing a form that says “I agree to pay ___$” with the amount left blank. There’s always an issue with insurance forms, etc, and it is absolutely always a huge problem if you have a question, or even want to take the time to read before signing. Literally being 5 minutes late due to their own policy of calling first (which is a joke when they let people sit packed in the closed in foyer area when you walk in) and being told that you are late and lucky they can still squeeze you in. Unprofessional attitudes run the front of this office, and it’s a shame that great providers clearly aren’t able to do something about it.

Sad that the doctors are ok but the receptionist are very rude and for some reason think they can change appointments when convenient for them with out speaking with the parents then when arriving being told we cant be seen when we were on time sad we will be changing doctors.

I took my son to this Clinic on Tuesday June 9th. We were seen by a Ms Grainger, NP. I was highly pleased with the service we received! Ms. Grainger was very polite and thoughtful to my ten year olds needs. She took the time to listen to my concerns and my son’s questions. She provided him with a very thorough exam and made him feel very comfortable. I was extremely impressed and delighted with her services. I can honestly say this was one of the most pleasant Doctors visits I have ever had. I would highly recommend Ms Grainger to anyone who has a child. Thank you so much Ms. Grainger!

The receptionists and office leaders attitudes are a large part of what sets the atmosphere of a business. When you are made to feel shooed away and your concerns are categorized as nuisances; then it leads one to think, that the whole idea of 'care' is absent from the establishment of so called Preferred Pediatrics at Snowden and as a whole-
