Pharmacists and assistants are very helpful and friendly, for which I'm very thankful when unwell.nnIn 2018, there was one particular pharmacy assistant/tech who was very difficult – not friendly, often messing things up, and then getting mad at the customer for her mistakes. Fortunately, I haven't seen her there in months.

Made mistakes on 3 out lastn4 prescriptions.nI am currently in 2nd day of waiting for cough medicine and cannot even get through to the pharmacy.
