I was very impressed by the professionalism of their staff. They also treated our family with warmth and compassion. Angel guided us through the whole process, she was very helpful, and sympathetic.nJames was very helpful with the graveside service and burial plot paperwork. He is such a sweet guy.nWe had Mom’s service in their beautiful chapel. The audio could have been higher but that was my only regret.nAll in all , it was a very positive experience and i know Mom would be very complementary of them.

Worst experience ever. This would be a really long list so im just hitting on the worst of it. Once the cost hit 21k costs needed to be cut somewhere. We picked a vault on the lowest price tier and Shannon kept referring to it as a concrete box not the name on price list. After a casket was ordered in middle tier price point they called and said it was to small needed a larger casket and had to upgrade vault. The funeral was on a Friday with burial on a Tuesday. They said they would transport flowers to the cemetery from the church. They did not. Once the funeral started they had the backhoe sitting there idling when the funeral started and had to ask for it to be turned off and moved. When they lowered the casket, the vault was not done correctly and they were pushing it trying to get it to lower. The worker dropped his hat and they lowered him by his ankles into the grave to retrieve it. The death certificate also was filed with incorrect information. Total nightmare. Funerals are difficult enough with out this adding drama.

My family recently lost a loved one and we had no idea how to get through it or what to do. The ladies and staff working at Laurel Hill made it easy to understand. They were caring and understanding and guided me and my family through every step with ease. We used their funeral home chapel for our services and the staff was very caring and showed great kindness to everyone that showed up. We chose a graveside service afterwards and the service was wonderful. The cemetery is clean and beautiful. The view of the pond is so peaceful. I'm happy my family choose Laurel Hill because I know my grandmother is finally at peace in such a beautiful place.

I agree with Danielle Emiro. That was my father-in-law. They were terrible. They don dot take care of the gravesites either. It's been three years and their care taking is horrible and they throw away any memorials left behind. I would immediately move my husband and my burial plots to another cemetery if we didn't already have our headstones. We will be having our services at another funeral home, probably Covenant and only have the burial here.

During my grandfathers funeral two of their employees hung out in the hallway just outside the door talking about their day. Then a man came from the back and had his lunch in the hallway. All of this could be seen and heard from the chair I was sitting in during his viewing. This place is a joke.
