Well Diana was Great. Since the car wasn’t ready or even washed when we got there almost an hour past the time we told the gentleman the night before when we put the deposit down and made arrangements to come back the next day to do our paperwork and pick it up. She was quick and did her best to get us out of there quickly. I wasn’t happy the night before the guy tried to charge us 500$ more than Diana had quoted my daughter on the phone when they made an appointment about the car in question nor was the surprise 499$ processing fee disclosed, although I assumed they had one. I think is extremely high. I only paid 299$ at a much larger dealership last weekend and I financed that car. I paid cash for this transaction atleast they earned that 299$.Oh and did I mention folks the surprise $499 they want to charge you for any repairs to the car, inspection and the 90 day warranty they offer to you on the car??? So expect to add $1000 on top of what you see on the sticker. So I complained, he acted like he did me a favor and discounted the $499 price and marked it sold as is. Walking in with cash in hand doesn’t get you anything anymore just so you know. They’d rather you finance, they make money off you. And they left the car empty on gas. But the ladies in the office were so nice and helpful.

We found the vehicle I wanted online, spoke with Diana and she was a great help! We had to make a three hour drive and they were very accommodating with time and information on the vehicle. They honored their price and got me in and back on the road in no time. Excellent service!

This is my second time purchasing a car from Univeral and both times it has been wonderful! They made everything painless and enjoyable. Most importantly they do HONEST business. The staff was great, place was clean, plenty of cars to pick from. I had an issue after all the paperwork was signed and the car was mine. They legally didn’t have to help me with my problem, but they did and didn’t ask me for a dime. If you don’t have the best credit and you want to deal with honest people, this is the place. Thanks for such great service!!!

They are the best this is my second time buying fro here. My second truck and i love it. Mrs Diana is who helped me and got me a great deal for my truck. She was very respectful helpful and knowledgeable about the truck she sold me. They have the best deals around. i would highly recommend yall coming here and ASK FOR DIANA SHE IS BOMB.

Used auto lots often have a certain stigma attached to them. You get this feeling of distrust just by walking on the lot and you need to be aware of upselling. At Universal Motors I didn’t get either of those feelings. Diana was very pleasant to work with and found me a vehicle near the middle of my price range that fit my needs rather than pushing me towards a higher priced car. When I called down the day before Jamie was very polite and knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and willing to answer any questions I had. End of the day, I left with a quality car at a reasonable price and I am pleased.
