By far the Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to in my lifetime. Had a very simple order, strawberry frosted donut, cinnamon raisin bagel not toasted with plain cream cheese, medium hot vanilla coffee with cream and an orange juice. Not rocket science. My bagel was entirely stale, toasted and had less than a teaspoon of cream cheese. My strawberry frosted donut looked like a vanilla frosted donut with barely any frosting... at this point I should’ve just asked for glazed, it was that bad. My coffee didn’t even come, I had to ask for it again after the fact. The girl at the check out counter had no idea what she was doing. Literally not a clue. Cannot believe people actually go to this location. I would’ve had a better experience going to the actual grocery market and getting the ingredients myself. Truly sad. I will never get Dunkin Donuts in Virginia ever again.

Terrible experience at this poorly run Dunkin. A simple drive-through order resulted in a 15 minute wait before receiving only 2/3 of our order. You're better off going to any of the nearby drive-through alternatives for coffee and snacks.

Extremely rude! I thought the first time I went there they were just having a bad day but it happened again on my return visit. Very short and when handing back card and food says nothing. I say thank you and they just give nasty look and turn away. Surprisingly it was the management! The one employee I encountered was pleasant. Management was even rude to her. Never returning. So sad

Nice service but my Ice Tea was muddy looking and lacked flavor so basically, it looked like dirty water and this is the second time in my life first at a different location. It should be clear yet dark and rich in flavor!!!! Not so cloudy that you can't see the ice!!!
