I’m not one to complain to restaurants because I get places get busy mistakes are made but after today we will not be ordering from this sams ever again. I have been waiting OVER two hours for the correct order to be sent to me. When I spoke with the Manager who was the one to take the order wrong in the first place she became very combative with me and kept making excuses of how they were busy today which I understood but after we have not complained about how the delivery boy in the blue sedan hit my husbands white car, how they’ve left trash in our yard more than once, and then an order over two hours late where the manager wants to argue with me about well everything it’s just unacceptable and poor customer service.nTo edit my review. When I called back about this order being wrong I ordered a piece of cheesecake to better my situation and paid for it. now after the 2 1/2 hours of waiting for the correct food they even got my cheesecake wrong and sent me a lemon cake and everybody knows that just pushes you over the edge. Waiting for a call back from the owner. UnbelievablenLast edit : I called and spoke with the owner he was very apologetic and credited my order I was skeptical but took the offer and appreciated him addressing the situation

I ordered the grilled chicken wrap and wife ordered the cheeseburger hoagie and we split a cesar salad. Food was not bad and did come out hot but it took longer than expected, being a Sunday afternoon. We decided to eat outside which was nice and clean. Not a very big selection of sodas either.

The pizza was good. The wings could be cooked a little longer but other than that it was good. It would of been nice to see and be greeted with a smile or some friendly faces everyone was looking like they didn't care if you purchased anything or not.
