My experience was absolutely amazing!! My waitress, Kyra, was very consistent in making sure we had every thing we needed. She was very present and friendly, which I highly appreciated. One of the best services I’ve had, will definitely be recommending to others :)
My family and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Southpoint a few nights ago and had the best experience! Our waitress, Kyra, went out of her way to provide us with the best service and make sure we had a great visit! Will definitely be recommending to friends and family and hope to visit again soon!
Ordered takeout from the Southpoint location and they were awesome! Dealing with this pandemic can’t be easy and they are very clean. I feel safe going here! The staff is friendly and the wings are amazing!
got my order wrong. lady at front had a bad attitude and was speaking on the phone as she was talking to me.
The front house attendants, one by the name of Jace, made my company leave the building entirely, while I went to the car to get masks. Since we were so rudely denied access to a table. Where the masks are not required at.nnMakes no sense, but we were complying. How ever, the rudeness of making us exit the building and the manner of which is was said. Completely uncalled for and the employees need to be put on a different position, or to practice their customer service skills more often.nnHowever without the server, Lia, our visit would have been 0/5 stars. She was everything a server should be. Appreciated her patience and understanding.
