Ordered extra breaded wings. Nick manager working that day came through. Megan the waitress perfect. Michael the head honcho in management delivered. Thank you and the entire staff. Job well done. I just like my wings the old way
I've been to a few hooters before and I must say this one had the best positive vibes. Staff engages with customers and appear to be BFFs with each other so there's a happy & friendly ambiance along with well picked music. I had the patty melt which was excellent. Kudos to Shelby for great service.
Wings were good but communication about pick up orders was lost. The sign outside walkway was not clear enough instruction. It simply could have read pull up here for orders. I parked and walked to door before I was escorted out and told to pull up but this also could have been relayed over the phone.
It was a blast server ... Server Alexis was amazing will be back again she very nice and was on top of her game tell her JOHN DEER SAID THANKS .........
Food was ok at best. Had to eat with plastic cutlery, because they didn't have any clean silverware. Bathroom was disgusting and could be smelt in the dinning area, made the experience not enjoyable at all. Waitress was nice but wasn't very good at her job. It was son's 18th birthday and he didn't have a good time at all.
