Staff is always friendly, prices are competitive. Grooming services are decent. App doesn't allow you to cancel or change an appointment, you have to call and leave a message... shouldn't be needed.

So I took my dog into a appointment that I booked at this location because my petsmart n petco have been booked since covid I drove all the way here to have two staff members tell me my dog was to matted n needed vet care(wrong) then went on to say it was against policy to go around the spots or even attempt to. So after the discussion the young man drops my lease tensioner on the floor n walks off keep in mind i handed it to him politely when he originally asked and the floor was beyond filthy hair all over n outside the desk area(there was a shop across less than 1ft on the floor) The young man from the back noticed what the other rep did picked up my lead handed it back and apologized. I have never had any issues like this at my local petsmart or any banfield for that matter clearly he has no type of customer service skill FYI I was able to go right over to pets smart n explain what happened and they politely took my dog n groomed n bath with no issues.

I use the grooming services pretty regularly and I adore the groomer named Tom. With that being said, I have had a couple of not so great experiences with several other employees. One young lady in the grooming department told me that my dog had gingivitis and needed to see his vet. After taking him to the vet I was told that he definitely does not have gingivitis. My most recent experience at the store is truly what is driving my two star review. I have a 29 gallon fish tank that I have set up for my daughter since she is interested in goldfish at the moment. I have experience with goldfish and understand that they do require a fairly large tank. After asking an employee for assistance to select a fish she told me that she would not recommend goldfish. They need large tanks. I explained that I have a 29 gallon tank and she said goldfish need at least 20 gallons minimum so that would be the only fish in the tank. One fish is all I wanted so this wasn’t a problem. She continued to say that she would just not recommend goldfish as a whole and went back to whatever she was doing in the fish tanks. I put all of the items I planned to purchase back on the shelves and left the store empty handed. Again, Tom in the grooming department is amazing. I have a senior dog and together they take several breaks to complete the grooming service. As an owner I appreciate this so much. I’d give him a 5 star review if this was review was only for him specifically. Tom is the only reason this review was not a one star review.

We have been trying to clip our pets nails at home during this covid mess and did a poor job. The young man in the grooming area was wonderful. He was friendly, informative and quickly set up an appointment for our pets' grooming needs. Then we went back to the fish area and had a very informed clerk tell us about the fish we were interested in. She was knowledgeable and helped us pick the fish we wanted. Overall~ very satisfied!
