My overall experience was great, TJ checked me out at the register. I set an item on the counter for restock purposes as I told and he charged it to my purchase and then put the item behind him to restock. I do not like thieves, especially during this drastic period time of pandemic. Being that I have carefully reviewed my receipt, to notice what I’ve witnessed and experienced, I was able to get my money back, on a customer service note. I never had that done to me before!

Petco is one of the few pet stores that cater to their customers.I always have a great experience and I have my dogs groom there too.
