After tearing my meniscus late this summer, I went to Blue Ridge Physical Therapy to get a second opinion before I went through with the surgery that had been recommended. After listening carefully to the questions I had and the activities I enjoy, he confirmed that surgery was indicated. After surgery, my recovery plan was clearly explained, and I made noticeable improvements daily until I was discharged 5 weeks post op. The staff was always polite and helpful, and scheduling appointments at times that worked for me was never a problem. An at home exercise plan was provided on my final day and last week I was able to enjoy the first day back on the slopes with my boys. A huge thank you to the Blue Ridge Physical Therapy team.

Lance Kimble worked wonders with my neck and shoulder issues. Why undergo surgery and all that recovery when you can address issues with some careful treatment and a little sweat equity in stretching and conditioning? The condition was CLEARLY explained as was how the therapy would address it. Then it only takes following the program. After less than a dozen sessions and some guided self conditioning, what I learned is now a part of my weekly routine, at HOME. No more pain. Thanks, Sir!

Both of us have had therapy at Blue Ridge. The staff is caring and thorough. Bill works diligently with his clients, attempting to ensure, with the clients commitment, a successful return to a healthy and enjoyable lifestyle. For me, he has been a miracle worker. I see this same energy from all the staff. I highly recommend Blue Ridge physical therapy.

I recently had spinal surgery and was in a lot of pain. Blue Ridge physical therapy was so great. Because of the expertise of the therapists and assistants and their effort working with me, I am almost pain free. It will take longer for healing, but Dr. Bernard, the spinal surgent, says I am doing better than expected. I owe it all to the personnel at Blue Ridge and the effort I spent doing the exercises they scheduled for me. I would recommend this to anyone. When I had other surgeries in the past and other physical therapy locations, they were good, but could not compare to the compassion and determination of Blue Ridge to get me better. I thank them all so much. If you need therapy, I would recommend you use them.
