Always friendly...they know me by name and usually have my meds ready when they see me coming. Stocked and clean

Well stocked and convenient. Staff is very friendly, always get a greeting coming and going. Phamacy can get most scrips by next day if not in stock.

The foreign African pharmacist is awesome and the only person at this pharmacy that does anything for the customers and this complaint isn't directed at him.nnAshley has the worst customer service of anyone in customer service I have ever encountered in my life. You ask her a question and she literally shrugs her shoulder and doesn't Provide you with an answer or even attempt to find the answer. I am done with this pharmacy and their poor customer service. Some places go above and beyond for their customers this place doesn't even register on a rating scale. The only reason I give them 1 star is for the affore mentioned pharmacist. No effort is made to solve issues or or help answer questions.nMy son just had surgery and when I asked when I could pick his pain medication up Ashley looked at me, shrugged her shoulders and said I don't know. To not have any answer or explanation for me is unacceptable and unprofessional. You might not directly work with patients but your laziness and lack of effort in your field of work directly affects them. Get a different job, Ashley, because you suck at this one!

Do not waste your time. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Now I go to the friendly pharmacy down the road. If the employees in the main store managed the pharmacy, then it might be worth going to because they are the only customer service aspect of this building. Oh and don't bother calling, they never pick up the phone (I've watched staff members ignore a ringing phone on every visit here).
