A Doctor sent a prescription & we called 2 hours before getting there, asked how long they would take, they said 30 minutes. Get here 2 hours later with them telling us that they don’t have it ready yet & had to wait almost an hour :).

A little slow, hard to get prescriptions sent through fax here, out of stock of meds fairly often.

Just thought you should know that the employees here are not helpful. My SIL was there earlier and watched this scene: “cart pusher at Walmart in Staunton...n92 yr old man ask you to unload his cat litter and you said you can’t because you are too busy... I’m sure your momma is proud of you!!! ...nI loaded his whole buggy for ya...”nnSo proud of her but just sorry she didn’t get the name of the inconsiderate ****** that would do such a thing! Shame on you WalMart. Knew I didn’t like you for a reason!

They never have your prescriptions ready when you come to pick up, most likely to get you to walk around the store and shop for 20 minutes.

The pharmacists and the pharmacy technicians are very helpful. What alot of people don't understand, is, that if there is a problem with their prescriptions, it's usually the insurance companies, not Wal-Mart. And also, most people don't understand, is they fill hundreds and hundreds of prescription every day, so if you have to wait 20 minutes, you should feel lucky to get it in that time frame.
