Last week of March, the weather was cold. Too early in the season for activities for the children. Our campsite was in a section with trees. Site was mostly gravel and mud. We did have full hook-ups. No one, vehicles or golf carts honored the 5 1/2 mph speed limit in the park. The camp store and arcade were open. There was mini golf, playground and jumping pillows for the children, which they enjoyed. We visited Natural Bridge State Park which was amazing!

It was opening weekend so several things weren't open yet due to the weather being cold. The campground staff were very nice. ALOT of work is going on at this facility right now in preparation for summer, trees being cut, bathrooms and buildings being updated, new picnic tables, chairs, fire rings, etc. This place should be in great shape by the time the weather warms up. We stayed in the Yogi Bear small family cabin. There was no dining table or microwave in these type of cabins so just be aware if you need those. We will be back hopefully in the summer so we can fully enjoy all of the amenities.

Lots of stuff for the kids to do! Bounce blobs, play sets, waterslides, mini beach, kids arcade next to laundromat, crafts, movie nights, etc... Maintenance guy was so very nice and helpful!!! Bathrooms are single rooms with shower, toilet, sink, and heated! Fun experience. They even deliver wood and ice to camp site upon request.
