The service was bad, waitress just threw plate down on our table. Ordered my steak med-well and it was well done. Told her and she said oh sorry. Didn't even come back or offer to take it back. My wife flagged her down just to get a refill. Sad part they weren't that busy. We told them we would not be coming back. Horrible
This Applebee's in particular, my visit was absolutely amazing! Although my late order right before closing, I was treated with excellent courtesy, and customer service! This place definitely gives this restaurant name and chain, a reputation it deserves....
Great food and good service
Thank you Sabrina for making my family's experience nothing short of amazing. I honestly didn't expect much at an applebees establishment but I'm glad we stopped here. And the staff for being good sports as we continue celebrating my daughter's birthday. Thank you, thank you.
Restored my faith in Applebees. I used to love this place for their midnight munchies but after that, their approval rating for me went down. But the food here was delicious and hot! The service was a little slow but maybe this was due to COVID.
