Ryan showed my husband and I several properties, we fell in love with 2 of them and ended up buying one of them. Ryan is very professional and knowledgeable about the houses he shows, he is truly an expert at what he does. I would highly recommend working with Clarkson & Wallace.
I reached out to Clarkson and Wallace several times with no response. By the time I got hold of a secretary and they responded, the property I wanted was under contract and sold. I then was able to get hold of Ryan Hodges, owner and broker, who made excuses then said he would do so research and get back to me. Weeks later no response. They simply must not care to do their business. I no longer recommend them to anyone. ZERO STARS !!!
I would give a O if I had the option! My husband and I traveled over 500 miles, round trip, to meet with a representative of Clarkson and Wallace to help us with the possible sale of our property in Bath County. Our appointment was at 4:30 because, that was the earliest he could meet with us. To say the least, he DID NOT show leaving us with having to travel home with no results. We know that our property isn't worth over a quarter million dollars, but it was important to us to be respected enough for at least a phone call.nSorry that some people are not worthy of this company's time.
They are very helpful any time I call. Everyone is is polite and return calls at a timely manner.
