Neil Thompson, owner of Custom Wood Floor is one of the top installers in the Pittsburgh area. My company, Allegheny Mountain Hardwood Flooring manufactures high end unfinished flooring (all sustainably sourced PA hardwoods) and Neil and Custom Wood Floors takes are floor and makes it incredible. He has worked in various homes of my family members and he is a member of NWFA and is always taking classes and traveling to stay current on the latest finish and adhesive technologies. If you're looking for someone to install and finish a quality floor that will add tremendous value and last for a generation give Neil a call.
Excellent work on two bedrooms with 62 year old hardwood floors. Bedrooms for two teenage boys, hockey players and we thought the floors were Not salvageable. They did an amazing job reclaiming these floors. Highly recommend!
