This company has good prices, but does not respond to issues. We ordered 36 led panels and 4 were bad and they refuse to respond to requests to return the items and get replacements. I would say find another company to get your lighting products.
Made a purchase with a specific delivery date, then received an email from lightup.com stating that the item isn't even in stock. DON'T SELL ITEMS THAT ARE NOT IN STOCK, UNLESS YOU WARN BUYERS THEY AREN'T IN STOCK. YOU KNEW IT WASN'T IN STOCK WHEN YOU SOLD IT TO ME WITH A SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE. Currently stuck on hold for a long time. May have to dispute with the bank. Order 350009936
