Went here the other day and while the line was long (to be expected) the woman at the front Margaret was very friendly and upbeat as she took my packages

Seriously NO ACCESS TO DELIVERY LOCATION. My whole front yard is wide open can park 8 cars comfortably in my driveway an that's the excuse you use. Well sorry for who ever has to deal with them Monday because as soon as they open they will be getting a call. I use USPS for all mail an product shipping to help them out after this I'll go cheaper an more reliable UPS or FedEx I bet even DHL would be better than that at lying. Scumbags can't wait all I keep seeing is how the USPS won't make it without a bailout I'm so happy Trump is not helping them....

If there was such an option of not giving any stars, I would have chosen that. I cannot even begin to describe how miserable my experience at this post office was. Firstly, I should preface this review by saying that the gentleman who did help me was great. He was kind, respectful, and provided me with the guidance I needed. The lady who was working this evening was so unbelievably rude and condescending that it left me standing in shock. Her belittling behaviour didn't end with me, unfortunately, as several others were spoken to with as much respect as you'd give a mosquito. I understand that she must deal with some difficult people in the run of a day but at least give people the benefit of the doubt. I have never received such horrendous customer service in my life.
