Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. It has been this way for over 10 years. I'm the custodial parent (Father) and am treated like I owe money. Talked down to and belittled is an understatement. How this is allowed by the state and Governor Baker is beyond me... an internal and private investigation should be performed.

Guy I had talked to did nothing but talk down to and belittle me, accusing me of trying to avoid making payments; which is why I was there. I ended up calling the number off Mass.gov and paying over the phone. Will gladly pay the convience fee or drive up to Boston area to avoid this building.
