Dirk's was amazing to work with from start to finish. They came out to give me a free quote and answered any questions I had which was a lot over the week before our treatment. I would highly recommend them for all your pest needs!
The team at Dirks is the best!! We called the office and had someone out to survey our twin property within the same day. Sean was the technician, and he was GREAT! My boyfriend and I were extremely impressed by his knowledge, experience, and honesty. I cannot recommend the Dirks team enough! I just wish I would have known about Dirks sooner.
I came home from vacation to a noise in the attic and a dark mark on the bedroom ceiling. Called 'the big guys' we previously contracted with and they had time the following week. Called Dirks as soon as they opened the next day (very panicked!) and they had a tech (Mike) out within hours. Mike patiently explained what the problem was and how he was dealing with it. Many Bees...gone! I am extremely happy with the interaction I have had with the 'gals' in the office, the followup after the service and Mike and am now a dedicated customer and would very highly recommend Dirks to everyone! One word for Mike my bug guy...awesome!nnI would rate as more than 5 stars, if I could!
