It's not often that you get amazing customer service, and when it happens I feel it should be noted. And if Google had more stars to give, I would do so because Joe at the County Line Extra Space deserves all of them. He was just genuinely nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and engaged in our conversation. He took the time to clearly explain the choices, worked to find a unit that fit my needs (yes, these guys ask questions that make a difference and show they want to help you with your storage), and the best part, gave a super competitive price. All in all, I could not have been more impressed by how this company operates, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a storage solution.

Extra Space makes it easy to free up space in your home to get all the clutter managed. This place is clean and easy to get to anytime to get your belongings. Ed that manages the place will bend over backwards to make sure you’re satisfied and your belongings are safe. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone needing extra space.

Just started renting a unit at this location but I am impressed so far! Everything is clean and new. Ed had everything ready for us on short notice and was incredibly helpful and nice. Great service so far and happy I chose this location.

Great experience with Extra Space Storage. Started with Adam in Warminster a couple months ago for a large parking spot. One wasn’t available and still not a couple months later but he recommended I head over to new Extra Space Storage in Warrington. I pulled in and Ed welcomed me as Adam alerted I was on my way. My information was easily transferred over and signing up a breeze. Ed walked me to available spots for me to choose and made sure my code worked before departing. Great, simple and quick experience. Thanks to both Ed and Adam!!
