I like your books, and my kids like to read them too.nnbut I really don't like the way you do business, and the way you handle cancellations.nnUsing cheap first shipment to get customers on and hope them don't know whey already subscript to weekly or biweekly shipment, or hope them forget to cancel or at the time of cancellation is at least one month later at the time charge show up in credit card, which already charge about $100 for 4 shipmentsnnnobody like surprise charge on credit cardnnobody like to pay shipping for cancellationnnI don't think you should do business this way.

These lady who helped me yesterday is the BOMB!nnI am now teaching the 3nd generation how to read, but unfortunately it seems a new family moved in to our complex a cpl months ago and I had a shipment stolen which they replaced at no charge - not done yet...nnNot realizing it was a problem I kept my auto-ship the same and learned what I mentioned above when I realized I hadn't received Green Eggs and Ham yet. So I call her distraught, tell her what happened and amazingly she reshipped at no charge. Here it comes.nnThe lady said wait one second, kept looking around and found that the next shipment was in the truck on it's way to me.nnThen helped me figure out a better place to have the books sent to prevent this from happening again.nnI went from freaking to calm because of her - no easy feat :)nnThanks you so much Sheryl B
