I was very disappointed in my experience with It's About Time of Cape Cod. I dropped off three clothing items and a small rug. The rug had to be sent off-site and the owner indicated that it would take longer to receive. I tried to pick up my clothing items twice, and the store was closed during stated open hours. I would try to call to schedule a time to pick up my items and was unable to leave a message as the mailbox was full every time. When I stopped by and the business was open, my rug was supposed to be ready. The owner was unsure as to where the rug was and I said I would call the following Monday. Still no answer, and no way to leave a message. I finally got through via phone and the owner said he would be in the next day at 8 AM. I went to the location and waited for 15 minutes. He did not show up. I was told that he was not well and in the hospital, which is really unfortunate. When he returned to work, he may have wanted to call his customers to communicate with them about their orders. I was finally able to catch him in the office and pick up my rug. He did not even apologize for not showing up for my scheduled appointment. I will look for dry cleaning services elsewhere.
