The Sister's Maid Cleaning Service has been cleaning my rental property for 1 season now. They are very professional and responsive. I also do what they say. The most important thing to me is that my guests tell me the place is immaculate and that they are happy. This make me happy! I would highly recommend their service.

Sister’s Maids has been providing quality cleaning service at our home for approximately (6) months. We have been fully satisfied, never a complaint. I just arrived home from walking and struggling with heavy groceries. 4 women were cloistered in the enteryway close together talking and cleaning. No one made a move to allow me to pass so i had to pass between them 3 inches from their faces. I asked them to give me space and they all giggled. Then the elevator door flew open and another almost collided with me.VERY unprofessional.!!! I haven't been that close to anyone in weeks and hadn't planned on it. Have some respect, this is my home. UNPROFESSIONAL . Did I mention an unused vac was also blocking door that I almost tripped on?

I was doing laundry at a apartment complex and a cleaner tried coming into mop I said clearly can you please wait. The laundry room is small and we are in a pandemic. Not 2 minutes later she reentered with a girl holding a vacuum I said I asked you to wait. The girl started mopping ignoring me and the girl with vacuum left. What happened next blows my mind. The girl with vacuum comes back in and brings to girls who stand holding the door. So here I am in a tiny space with 4 people. This is exactly why people are dying of covid 19. If you are going to clean during a pandemic you need to educate your cleaners. This is so frustrating.nUPDATE:nWhat would I get out of making up some serious allegation like this? I shop small businesses and I have seen first hand how much time and sanity goes into running a business. So shame on you for even insinuating I'm lying. I posted this only after listening to your voicemail stating your cleaners don't understand very well and that scared me because it had nothing to do with a language barrier it had to do with safety guidelines that EVERYONE should be following.
