Three stars for now. I will be back here for my overall experience with this laundry. For now I’m waiting on a phone call or email from the manager.nI’ve always used this laundry and it has these big machines, perfect for washing big stuff. It has the option to use a card instead of only coins and for me this is worth 2 stars.nToday is 11/16/2020 and I had a very humiliating experience with an employee. It’s not the first time this has happened and I’m not the first person who complained about this one employee. All other ones have always been very nice and respectful. So I’m still waiting on the manager to contact me. I wish this employee was more respectful and would keep the laundromat cleaner. I didn’t see her disinfecting anything. Other laundromat are doing really good with COVID prevention. So until the pandemic is over I’m not using their service. Customer service is horrible when this one employee is working. I hope to hear from someone and hope they give their employees some instructions on how to treat people.

The machines are clean, I've always found a machine to use. The staff is hit and miss.. some are very friendly some are rather curt.

It's april 15th and its a great laundry mat but when people can't follow a few simple rules to keep everyone safe and sit in there cars and not inside like the attendant is allowing people to do so then we've got a problem dont we .the owner needs to hire people who can follow the rules seriously both attendants are allowing customers to sit indoors look at your cameras and you'll see

After spending quite some time during a long staycation in a few of the Hyannis hotels, I of course had mounting laundry needs. Star laundry was close and convenient. It and several washers & dryers of different sizes. Each time, there were always avilable machines for me to use. I believe it's $3.50 to wash and $0.50 for every 10 minutes to dry. My clothes were typically dry within 20 minutes.

Pretty clean, and the big washers and dryers we're perfect for washing a huge comforter that I have! Plus they have an ATM in there and a coin machine so it's super convenient to just stop in there!
