We have been regular customers for about 11 years and have always gone to them up until a bad incident. My husband brought his 100% wool pants to this place to be dry cleaned and when he got them back, they had shrunk tremendously. MynHusband returned and explained nicely about the situation and the man replied nastily how it wasn't their fault and insisted that it was our fault. These specific pants were very expensive and were ruined by these dry cleaners. Would not recommend.
