From start to finish the process was smooth, customer centered, and detail oriented. Jeff and Lisa are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Their product is not only high quality, but it is also very well priced relative to their competitors. Their installation team was in and out in no time and we absolutely love the final product. We bought luxury vinyl plank flooring from Floors 2 Buy for our basement remodel job and we couldn’t be happier. The flooring is top quality at a price point that couldn’t be beat. It was easy to install and is durable with a great look and feel. Jeff and his staff are top notch and were great to work with as they made us feel at home in their shop and didn’t use any pressure tactics. I want to give a huge shout out to Jeff Farabaugh and the fine folks at Floors 2 Buy - Lancaster Showroom. I got a deal on 1000 ft2 of flooring from him to complete my basement remodel project and installed about half of it myself late last year but then ran out of steam to finish the job. I talked with Jeff on Monday and by Saturday, he had his team at our house to complete the installation in 3 hours!!! It looks absolutely amazing!!
