I purchased a Power Max 11 glass grinder. I drove 120 miles round trip. When I arrived home I opened the box only to find an important part was missing. I contacted Hobby Lobby to see if a replacement part could be sent to me since I live so far away from the store. That was not possible they said. Next I asked if a new one could be sent to me and a return tag issued for the defective item. No response from Hobby Lobby. I would never buy from Hobby Lobby again. I will shop on line and only with companies that stand behind the products they sell. Very disappointing experience.
