I called and visited several places in Philly before going to Seapoe's, who gave me the best price (and most straightforward/polite answers) in town to register and title my motorcycle. Not only that, but the gentleman that owns/runs the place is patient, courteous and respectful, a quality that can be exceedingly rare in this city. The operation did take a little longer than anticipated, but wasn't unreasonable at all especially considering he had several other customers, takes time to explain things and runs a one man show. For auto tag services in Philly, this is the place.
