One of the best things about dealing with Cope Construction is their excellent customer services, responsiveness and communication throughout the process. I was able to initiate having gutter guards installed for our new townhouse and 4 of 5 neighbors who share various roof lines. We were able to get a discount for doing the work together. Cope made it easy for all of us to contract separately, while they did the coordination of ordering and installing the gutter guards. I will definitely work with them again.

COPE did a great job. The inside team is very responsive and friendly. The team doing the construction took the time to complete detailed work. They installed a vent for my kitchen and adding a few custom cabinets that matched some old ones. Great work and very clean.

Great Company to do business with. They installed a rail on my front entrances as well as put covers over vents to keep birds out. Recommend highly, All of their workman are professional as well as knowledgable in what they do and they take pride in their work!

Norm, Mike, German, Andrew and Diane of Cope Construction and Renovation did an amazing job working with us on finishing our basement and installing a very intricate tile backsplash in our kitchen. They kept us up to date when things would be happening and showed up on time. Everyone was very professional and they took all proper measures to protect the surrounding areas where the work was taking place. It was nice to have the work done by a team who takes pride in their work and the finished results show that!
