Although the Drs are very intelligent and very patient with my parents I could not say that about the staff. Particularly the nurse not even sure she is a nurse she takes my parents back and takes blood pressures I don’t want to blame the wrong girl. This lady is older with short black hair. This happened a couple weeks ago. My older parents came in for their dr appt. the very rude lady was being short with my parents. My parents have bad memories and can not remember all the pills they take I tried to help them out that day explaining to the lady that my sister takes care of their pills so i wasn’t sure what they were taking. She got very snippy with us and cut me off several times as I was trying to explain my mom’s condition to her she rolled her eyes and then I heard her talking to somebody about my parents I was very upset that she treated my parents like this. Dr Gurevitch I really want my parents to continue following you but if this is how she’s going to be with my parents. I will have to go somewhere else. Hopefully she won’t be there when I come back next month.
