Don't trust giving this company's workers a credit card

Would give them less if we could. We scheduled to have hardwood flooring put down. They told us they would be here in the afternoon. It was after 5:30 when they finally showed up. The guys spoke no English. The trim around the floors and into the entrance ways look awful. It doesn’t match, and there’s gaps in it. I tried to tell them it was not correct but they didn’t understand what I was trying to tell them. It was after 9:30 at night when they left and I have to be at work at 4:00am.. we called the next day. We were told someone would call us in 1-3 business days. No one ever returned our call. We called again. They sent someone out. They said oh no this isn’t right but I don’t have the correct materials to fix it. We called again...they said they would have someone call us. That was 3 days ago. We’ve called numerous times and they put us on hold for over an hour and tell us we will have someone call you. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They guaranteed that they have 100 percent customer satisfaction. Yeah right!!

I am extremely pleased with the LVT I had installed on January 30, 2021. Empire was among the 3 estimates I had gathered and they presented the best quality product at the best value. The sales representative was gracious to visit twice and did not pressure me to make an immediate decision. I was able to schedule my installation only 3 weeks out, because I required a Saturday appointment. The installers were on-time and worked nonstop from 830AM until 330PM, allowing me to preview various steps in the installation process along the way. The kitchen and bathroom floors turned out amazing - even more beautiful than I had envisioned. Thank you, Empire Pittsburgh!

We had a terrible experience with Empire. Very poor customer service from the start. By the time our installation was finished we we're very unsatisfied with the result. Installers had no idea what we even wanted. Also left permanent damage from glue on our bar stools. Customer service manager wouldntw even return a call after the install.nnUpdate: so they reached out to me after reviewing. I was told by 3 separate people in the company they were going to make it right. They sent a guy named Geno out to my house a few weeks after I posted to look at the horrible job they did. After countless promises and admitting how awful of a job they did, he hasn’t ever gotten back to me. Months later, And now the carpet and is starting to come up where it meets the hardwood. This company is absolutely terrible. Especially after acting like they are going to take care of the issues. Stay far away.nnI wanted to further update this, just simply say this company is awful. And now you're bombarding me with email marketing? Come on.

I really enjoyed talking to Lisa. She was so personable and helpful. She is an asset to this company.Empire has always been professional and fixed any concerns I have voiced. They did a wonderful job in my home. I would recommend them.
