I met with David when I first went into Diamond Direct and he was so helpful. David took the time to explain everything to me, from the diamond type, to sizes, to color, and so much more. He educated me and always made sure I was understanding and not over whelmed by anything. He truly had my interest in mind the entire process of purchasing my engagement ring. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful, and had the resources in store that were necessary for me to have a same day pickup!nnI highly recommend Diamond Direct to anyone looking for jewelry needs. Mikayla was awesome!!!! We are so grateful to her and Priscilla for all of their help with our wedding bands. The experience was absolutely fabulous. Such personalized experience in a very warm, comfortable and safe environment. Priscilla was so personable and spent an exorbitant amount of time helping me decide what to do with my family heirlooms. In the end her creativity and ability to read what I like produced multiple necklaces for me and my daughters. I absolutely can’t wait to pick them up later this week!
