I met with David when I first went into Diamond Direct and he was so helpful. David took the time to explain everything to me, from the diamond type, to sizes, to color, and so much more. He educated me and always made sure I was understanding and not over whelmed by anything. He truly had my interest in mind the entire process of purchasing my engagement ring. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful, and had the resources in store that were necessary for me to have a same day pickup!nnI highly recommend Diamond Direct to anyone looking for jewelry needs. Ask for David!!

Mikayla was awesome!!!! We are so grateful to her and Priscilla for all of their help with our wedding bands. The experience was absolutely fabulous. It made us feel like we were celebrating our wedding before it even happened!! I highly recommend going to see them at Diamond Direct! Thank you guys for everything! Also, we wait until last minute to do anything and they were so supportive and made sure we will get our rings in time for our big day! Thanks again!

Such personalized experience in a very warm, comfortable and safe environment. Priscilla was so personable and spent an exorbitant amount of time helping me decide what to do with my family heirlooms. In the end her creativity and ability to read what I like produced multiple necklaces for me and my daughters. I absolutely can’t wait to pick them up later this week! Highly recommend seeing Priscilla at Diamonds Direct!

From the moment I walked in to Diamonds Direct in Pittsburgh I knew I had come to the right place! My experience was educational, personal, social, and comfortable. The showroom is exceptional. Very clean and uncluttered with so much to see. The service is impeccable. Priscilla and Oren both made me feel like the most important person in the room. It wasn’t long before they had my trust. Will I go back? Absolutely. Should every one treat themselves to the Diamonds Direct experience? Without a doubt. You will be so pleased.

What a fabulous experience! Every person I came in contact with was extremely knowledgeable and kind. I worked with Priscilla and Heidi. They both made the transaction relaxing and fun, while educating you in the process.nThey also have a great selection. I’ll definitely purchase from them again in the future.
