If Chris and Mike are the listing agents, stay away from their properties. They are extremely unprofessional and even after they accept an offer, they go back on it and find new buyers. Would strongly recommend staying away from them and their business. It is not worth the hassle nor the clear incompetence to sell a house. If I could put less than 1 star I would.

Unethical and unprofessional practice. Steer clear of their listings. Will drop your offer after acceptance to choose a higher bid. They are not worth the trouble and I do not recommend
