I've lived here for almost 4 years, I really like the condominium, it's close to the center and easy access to route 9, heating already included in the rent, pool, gym, well-kept playground. Every time I have a problem with my apartment, the team is ready to help, the only problem here is being solved, it is the cockroaches that still have, but it has already decreased a lot, I think they will soon be able to end them all. I believe that with the new administration we will have good changes.

I really enjoy the apartment and the community. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend the 3rd floor apartments. ud83dude01

Cockroaches are the biggest issue. Management will keep on saying if you keep your house clean there wont be any roaches. If you are living with a family, you will keep it clean. This problem is deep rooted and they should stop renting apartments and get rid of roaches first.

I've been living here for an year and it's a good place, it's also near to downtown and route 9, free heat, nice and clean pool, well kept playground. Every time I had an issue regarding my apartment the staff promptly helped me. Keep in mind that the other reviews are from an year ago or older, so most of these problems were solved.

Moved here in 1978 when I was 6 years old. Lived in 3 different apartments with my parents over the years that we were there. My mom finally moved out in 2007. It was what she called home for all those years. The place went down hill as the years passed by. The face lift they did back in early 2000s doesn't cover up what goes on.
