We worked with Pete and his team when looking for a new house in the MetroWest. He was very helpful in working with the agents of homes that we were interested in for scheduling of private showings during uneasy times of COVID-19. Pete and his team were able to help us picture what living in each home could look like based on some previous experience. Despite my lack of awareness to phone calls Peter made to me with updates, he persisted because he knew were were close to a perfect fit with a home. When we had an offer accepted Pete deftly handled the process to lead us to a successful close. I thoroughly recommend Peter and his professional team for any home buying or selling experience.

Worked with Pete to buy our new home and sell our old. We cannot recommend Peter enough. His calm and common sense approach to first selling our home and then finding our dream home was exactly what we needed. When Peter did his initial assessment of our home he gave us a road map on what to do to maximize our home’s value and sure enough less then two weeks after it was listed we had an offer for our full asking price. Peter also did a great job of coordinating the sale with our attorney and mortgage broker. This coordination was key in order to get both closings done and our family into our new home.
