Within the first few minutes of meeting John we knew he was our guy. He was always on point and extremely professional. You can tell that he loves his job and really wants you to be happy with your homebuying process. John was always accommodating for us whenever an action was needed to be taken or a form was needed to be signed. He is an encyclopedia of knowledge and has a great personality. We were sad when we closed on our house because it meant we wouldn’t be meeting with him anymore. We would absolutely use John again when the time comes for another real estate transaction. If you choose John you won’t be disappointed.

I highly recommend John Vaillancourt as a realtor.nnJohn and I first met at a client interview. He explained what he could do for me, educated me on the rules of hiring a realtor, and then asked what I wanted and expected from working with him. He used the analogy of an ice cream sundae. A dish of ice cream is nice, but the toppings really make it special. He asked what he could do to make the experience of finding house extra valuable. John is all about the toppings.nnJohn is honest and forthcoming. He took the time to get to know me so that we could find a house that fit my life and my personality. The more houses we saw, the more he could coach me. He helped me stay realistic and focused, while also nudging me toward choices that best met my needs.nnSelling my previous home was straightforward, thanks to John. He gave practical advice on getting my property ready for showing. I did the work and the property sold.nnJohn has names of stagers and appraisers and lawyers that he has personally worked with. I was able to vet people from the list and find someone I was comfortable with. He was a faithful guide and companion through every hurdle and hoop of buying and selling.nnI will end as I began - I highly recommend John Vaillancourt as a realtor.

Above and Beyond. That phrase gets to the heart of our experience with John.nMy wife and I were in the complex yet common situation of needing to sell our current home in the same time-span of purchasing a new one. Performing a sale or purchase by itself can be un-nerving but accomplishing the two in concert is a lesson in managing stress. John’s thirst for knowledge, combined with his 15+ years’ experience provided us with a depth of counsel that was very beneficial to the entire process. John was available to talk us through any question or scenario that came to mind, and usually at any hour that they happened to come to us. We felt that his preparedness and professionalism was of great benefit to getting into a house we love and letting go of our former residence at a pace that was set around our needs, at a price that was important to us. I started getting help from John in 2003 house hunting he really went out of his way to help l bought a townhouse in gardner we became friends and kept in touch few years ago tried to sell with Johns help again market wasn't good then in 2018 i had a heart attack we asked for Johns help again came thru for us with flying colors quick sale John is very professional down to earth very caring man John has been a great help and friend for lifenThanks Nick & Denise LaBarre

- John and I worked together trying to find a home for nearly a year. It was a very stressful time for me but John was by my side every step of the way. I would never have found my home without him. I can't say enough good things about him.
